A busy venue contacted us with an emergency: their conveyor dishwasher was not filling with water during lunch service, meaning they could not wash dishes properly and affecting hygiene standards and productivity.
We responded quickly, attending immediately after service, and diagnosed a faulty solenoid valve preventing water from filling the dishwasher. While running the equipment on test, we also noticed that some hoses were leaking and spraying water inside the cabinet — a problem that could have caused further damage to electrical components.
We replaced the solenoid valve and the damaged hoses, got the machine running again and restored the venue's washing capacity during a critical service period.
Our PM service routinely checks and replaces solenoid valves during service visits, as they are prone to wear and tear. We also thoroughly check the condition of all components and hoses, replacing as needed before they lead to bigger failures.
