FAQ'S

What is OEM and why do you only use these parts?

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer’s spare parts. These parts have been specifically chosen by the manufacturer based on the part’s performance characteristics for the correct operation of the appliance. We use genuine OEM parts because they’re better quality, they fit properly, they do not void your warranty and they are generally more durable, making them more cost-effective in the long term. When after-market parts are used, the repairer cannot guarantee that your commercial catering equipment is working safely, properly or if the part is causing further damage to other components.

How long does your repair service take?

Each job is different and what can seem like a simple problem may take some extra time to diagnose, especially if the fault is intermittent. However, most of the time we are able to identify the issue within the first 30 minutes on site and then go on to repair it. If it looks like it is going to take longer, we will let you know and keep you informed every step of the way.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our company policy is payment on completion. We accept cash, credit card and bank transfer.

What types of equipment do you service?

We only service commercial equipment in commercial kitchens including stoves, dishwashers, combi ovens, fryers, pizza ovens, gas ranges, char grills, speed ovens, microwaves, ice machines, benchtop equipment such as food processors and vac sealers. We also service bakery equipment – mixers, dough sheeters, dividers, bun rounders and moulders. We do not service any domestic appliances such as domestic ovens, washing machines or fridges.
